Wtf is wrong with infy management in the recent past... They are enforcing illogical and unnecessary policies on employees unnecessarily.
Eg:
- WFO when there is no dedicated ODC available.
- Mens are not allowed to wear shoes only, if they need to wear sandals due to medical reasons provide a medical certificate to infy. Lol
- No increments, but need to complete icount
- No incentive for a good performance! And many more
I don't know how drunk someone should be before making up this shit.😂😂
Well, I am gonna try to leave these shitty org as early as possible..

I don't think there is any issue with point 1. 2nd point is applicable for most companies (except startup or some small companies). But I agree with your last two points.

Let me explain the issue in point 1 and 2:
When your employer wants you to wfo instead of wfh, he has to make sure that people have proper infrastructure which ensures enhancement of employee productivity as compared to wfh. If no dedicated ODC
- for rotational shifts we cannot complete the shift in office.
- cluttered and noisy common odc hamper the thinking and decision making in stressful situation.
- chaotic seating arrangement results in maximum unnecessary discussion and lower productive work time.
2 - We are paid for the technical skills, and rightly called techies. We are not any models/slaves for the organization who decides what needs to be weared.
I know one has to follow proper professional attire at work, but at the same time the attire should be comfortable too.
Where is it defined that office sandles are not professional? If anyone has some problem or injury to the leg, we have to provide medical certificate to the organization, are we slaves to them to do all this stuff?
If there are other organisations who do follow these policies, they are wrong too.
Gobar chahe 1 admi khaye ya 1000 admi, gobar to gobar hai, gobar khana jayaz nahi keh sakte!

Tha plan is to make employees resign by enforcing these policies so they could be replaced by freshers (with 3 LPA salary). High experience people are EXPENSIVE to them. Been always like that.

Also they hiked food court prices mentioning some cool words, but employees being paid in peanuts
