No such ceiling number. If the next company is giving a substantially higher salary, I'll always consider switching, no matter what my current package is. Sky is the limit.

There are machine learning engineers who are switching from other companies where they making 10s of millions of dollars a year, to Meta because they are being offered 100s of millions of dollars a year. 😄

So there is no such higher limit number in the world, so why should I create such an arbitrary limit for myself. 😊
