Ideal salary after which you won't think of switching company

There is no ideal salary! The more you get, the more you want next!!!

That's the future, how much you think ideal as of now. For me right now I feel 30.

Maybe 5Miln$. Can confirm once I get there.😅
No such ceiling number. If the next company is giving a substantially higher salary, I'll always consider switching, no matter what my current package is. Sky is the limit.
There are machine learning engineers who are switching from other companies where they making 10s of millions of dollars a year, to Meta because they are being offered 100s of millions of dollars a year. 😄
So there is no such higher limit number in the world, so why should I create such an arbitrary limit for myself. 😊

It doesn't exist.
There is no end to human wishes, haha so my answer is infinity.

30 - 40 % based on your last salary

I wasnt never expecting a salary hike ever before but after joining grapewine im always feeling down that I’m being paid less

1 cr

Principal Engg at Dell doesn't already make that?

25L + self respect + job security + wlb + increment based on actual performance evaluation + No politics (while I’m typing these, my brain screams “wishful thinking much?”)
I think it depends on your cost of living, age and wlb. Cost of living is always going to be variable so...

50 LPA is so common these days. You should set the bar to 1cr or something
