Ideal rent in Indiranagar for 1 bhk
Found a sweet 1 bhk. Owner wants 45k. What is the ideal rent for super good semi furnished flat in Indiranagar?
Don't think this question is exactly relevant. It's clearly priced at a premium. But till you are paying less than 15% of your monthly income as rent, go for it. A good house brings a lot of joy. And 1bhks are very rare to find.
For that price though, I'd prefer all the amenities I can get. Parking, power backup, gym, pool everything.
I live in 1bhk in Indiranagar for 17k
Banaswadi or Kalyan nagar rents are less try there, basically when you are okay to pay that much rent then owners expect more than you pay next time they will ask 60k for 1bhk.
Its too much. You can buy a 1bhk flat with that amount as EMI..
