Ideal Experience to pursue MBA

Currently an APM in B2B from tier 1 college. CTC: 21 LPA Exp: ~2 yrs

Should I go for an MBA now or wait for more years? If yes, then:

• Indian MBA vs Abroad
• 1 year vs 2 year

If wait, then how much experience is ideal?

Goal is to progress rapidly in my career and get a stable job with good pay and WLB in a reputed company. Finally retire in 15-20 years from now with a hefty corpus.
