If I was a flat owner, I wouldn’t care what other person looks like OR has an aura OR blah blah blah until he signs the deed and gets me rent on every 1st.

I don’t have to like my tenant 🧟‍♂️

you don't know what you are talking about, because you aren't a flat owner

As a Tenant also, I don’t need to care / like my flat owner 🧑🏻‍⚖️ haven’t even met / seem him in 3 years.

VERY small market size! Good part time project but not a product product. People don't like paying brokerage, you think they'll pay for finding flatmates?!

Arey bhai, kaunse bubble mei hai tu, brokerage k bina bas tatti milti hai. Har koi brokerage deta hai jo bhi dhang k makaan mei rehta hai

Bhai ab tere comprehension skills kharab hai toh mai kya karu? I said people don't like paying, didn't say they don't end up paying it. Kuch build karte hai toh current alternatives dekhte hai - how are people finding flatmates today? Either via personal referrals or social media (could be FB groups, twitter amplification, instagram stories, etc) which tells you one thing - its all free. The value they derive today via free channels is enough for them. Anything extra like - 'find your soulflatmate' via a Tinder like product but pay for it isn't needed, the market is pretty small to wait years before you can monetize it.

How much are you guessing the TAM would be?

A product like this would eventually become a listings marketplace to generate money and ends up becoming another Housing or 99Acres which it would never be able to beat so.

Do owners have time for this? the supply demand is so reckless even worse than tinder for flat rental, and folks are used to living in shared flats like how it's done via flat n flatmates What loopholes you see there currently?

A more challenging issue is locating a suitable roommate. Many single people still rely on Facebook groups for this purpose. Therefore, the application should facilitate connections between potential roommates who share an interest in the same property.
