I've been working remote since the time i joined infosys. Did not need id card yet but now I'm planning to join office. When i raise id card request on infyme it prompts me that I've been already issues an initial smart card, how can i raise the request then

My case was exact same as yours. So I just went to office one day and requested the security for a physical ID card. She said me to go to a particular building. I went there and they issued one in 5 mins.

Also you need to go to office or nearby odc to give your biometrics for ID card as well

Raise Ihd then they will delete the first request and then you can raise your new request
