Trending @Infosys; iCount status is showing now Approved and Frozen. What does it mean and what will be the next process?

My account showing frozen still just checked now only . Actually when I did i count and set my appraiser I was in bench , now iam in project I have different manager, so what to do now , who should I contact? If I don't receive rating I wont get any hike ??
