Trending @Infosys; iCount Status is showing as Frozen
Hi guys, my iCount status is showing as 'Frozen'. Does anyone know what this means? Is there a chance for me to receive a hike? If so, when? I'm a system engineer and have been with Infosys for the last two years, but I only recently got a project in March 2024.

Everyone whose performance is with Reviewer will have their Icounts frozen. That is every employee right now. No need to panic. And regarding Hike, even managers are not sure about it. So, hold on.

So I was on bench for a year and in oct after submitting my I count to my bench manager, in nov I was taken into project in different unit , so now who will give my rating? Will I be eligible for hike by any chance?

The current Reporting manager will be the one evaluating you. He is going to consider your previous manager's comments as well if he indeed bothers about it. It is up to him. Regarding Hike, I doubt Infy considers much hike for bench folks, but since you are in project right now, let's hope you get it.

No chance ... I have been working my ass off since last 2.5 years , with 100 percentage allocation, still no hike .... This is Infosys. Managers claim that they won't let infy be a govt office but they want for them it should be a govt office. Issue is with the Indians .
Frozen status is normal, it means you will soon receive your rating. And for a hike, no idea.

Due to sudden decrease in temperature, it has got frozen. Cold waves seems to be the reason.

Leave it bro vasee bhi kuch nhi milna isse hune

Frozen status means you are yet to be rated, once the rating is given by your manager, that status will be changed and your ratings will be shown there. Nothing else.
