Trending @Infosys; Icount rating auto movement

Is there a date when the rating will auto move from the appraiser to me? I still haven't got my rating and the appraiser and reviewer are no longer with Infosys? I am afraid to ask the BPHR as they will give the default rating. Any idea how to take this?

They can’t give default rating. Rating can only be updated by manager/ reviewer. What is the status it’s showing. If it has not auto moved by now most likely they never gave the rating before leaving.

It shows 'pending with appraiser'

My rating is also with appraiser in icount i asked my manger about it, he said it is with hr team.

The ratings have already auto moved for most. Most likely your rating was never given or never frozen as DM itself is nit theee
