When is the date for Manager discussion of rating? Did you guys had already? As in my iCount its showing 'With Reviewer' not with Appraiser and i still didn't have manager discussion yet. Mark your Opinion guys.

Most managers don't discuss anything

U can have this discussion with your manager, it they doesn't initiate then u can ask for it.

It should be with AA(Approving Authority) now, rating communication will start from 25-Nov onwards. You can expect your rating communication within a week from 25-Nov.
