Trending @Infosys; Icount manager review

Is the manager review in icount actually anonymous? I gave my manager those ratings which she truly deserved. But now I am afraid what if she comes to know about this and take revenge.

It is anonymous. But obviously if there are too few people he/she can make a guess. But they will get to know about it only after you get the rating Sho shouldn’t impact you
