My manager said, he gave a good rating. I have a doubt here, is the ratings part completed from the manager's end or is it pending?

Yes it's already done managers have given their review and also the reviewer has done the review.

Even if your manager gave good review, reviewer or higher management can change it. Your manager should stand for the review which he gave.
