Can some one tell what is the hike % normally for IC bridge transfer and if one get promoted to SCON there, what will be the overall hike? Both for transfer and promotion.

Min 30-40% is what i heard. Senior consultant in IC is JL6 per my understanding . Also will depend on your base salary. JL6 in IC gets paid minimum 28-30
