IBM WFO VS WFH

Is it mandatory to do 3 days per week WFO in IBM ? Is it necessary to complete 9-10 hrs in office? If we don’t complete 9 hrs do we get mail from HR? Can we get WFH if we need for 2 weeks?

2 weeks exception depends on the manager.
There is no “swipe out” mechanism, so am assuming tracking work hours might not be possible.
