Hi IBM people,

I am joining ibm software labs next week at banglore egl office.

is wfo compulsory for teams at ibm isl ? or we can attend some 8-10 days in month continuously ? IBM

It depends on your manager. Mostly they allow but yes it depends.

Am doing work from home ...my manager allows me..due to some personal reason...but every month I have to raise a request in ibm portal..then my manager will approve it.but this affecting my increment and GDP I didn't get nothing

Depends on manager totally. Some what also on projects. If you get a manager who likes dragging people to office to justify his position, you will have to come 3 days every week.
