IBM vs TCS which one to join?

Got offer letter from both company almost same package offer....I am confused between this two... One is for Kolkata location and 2nd is for pune ...which one to choose?

Consider IBM only if the business unit is ISL. If the offer is from GBS, reject it.

IBM vs TCS is a tough choice even for me. I have heard ki dono companies hi offer good salary package. Projects are also good in both the companies. But, I have heard ki TCS mein work life balance is a challenge. Toh isiliye I think IBM would be a safe place to work in.

Mujhe toh IBM vs TCS mein dono hi achche lagte hai. But, I personally feel IBM has better career growth than TCS as two or three of my friends switched from TCS to IBM. Work-life balance is also better in IBM, I’ve heard.
