Ibm salary negotiation

I got an email to submit my compensation letter and payslips, after which they will reach out to me for salary discussion. I have 3 YOE and my current CTC is 8.3 LPA with 7.5L fixed and 80k variable. Role is Azure + .Net Developer How much can I expect, can anyone please give advice
