IBM Pune vs TCS Kolkata
Hi all, I've 2 offers with 4 yrs of experience and 5 LPA CCTC
IBM Pune : 14 LPA TCS Kolkata : 8 LPA
Which one will be better? How is the bench policy in both the companies?
In terms of bench policy tcs is far better than ibm. However nowadays it's not good in tcs too still its better than ibm.
But the main point is ctc, you should go ahead with ibm as difference is huge and again switch later.
Can I ask TCS HR to match IBM CTC? Do they consider increasing CTC after offer release?
I had heard that capgemini gives good hike, still after 4 years 5 lpa. Can you give little insight on this?
I joined at 3.8 LPA and I used to visit the office less number of days. So despite receiving good ratings from managers, HR used to reduce my rating, so less hike
