Ibm pdm round.

I had a pdm round today and it more or less felt like they were pointing out only negatives and wanted to make interview go sideways. They were emphasising on relocating to blr but i stay transparent and rigid that my preference is ncr only. My exp is 5.3 i told them i am expecting lead roles but they told i m not ready for it which is fine and it will take time. They told i also need to do some certifications and should have additional skill set other than what i m interviewed for?? I mean if that was ask then add that in jd right?

Is that how pdm round is usually?? Mine lasted 35 to 40 mins that too there were 2 people . One of them was service lead. My cctc is 22.8 if i get a call back how much i can quote and what designation they will give
