IBM or TCS offers

I recently received offers from both IBM and TCS for an Application Developer – Mulesoft role. Both companies are offering me the same package, so I’m trying to understand which one would be the better choice in terms of: • Work culture • Career growth/hikes • Project quality and stability • Onsite opportunities • Overall employee experience
