IBM 17.4 fixed

Cognizant - 18.5 including variable

Yoe - 5

Tech stack - GCP Data Engineer

both are service based....So, nothing much to decide there in my opinion.... you should also think in terms of flexibility options like WFH/Hybrid/Office, office locations, who is the client, onsite opportunities (if you want one) when comparing between them.

I would recommend IBM. There was a time when CTS was one of the best in India but know it is known for its bad mgmt, attrition, lobbying in mgmt etc.
