Hey, I am currently working as an ASE at IBM, being trained on Java Core, Project has not been assigned yet. Joined in January. Now I got offer from Amdocs at 5.3 . Should I join Amdocs Or stay at IBM??

In my opinion, Amdocs is a better choice. IBM, while a titan in the industry, has seen its golden days. Amdocs, on the other hand, is on an upward trajectory. The pay hike is a bonus. Remember, growth and learning are paramount, money is secondary. Make the switch, embrace the challenge!
