IBM offer letter release

Hi Folks, I have completed IBM interview, salary discussion was done. I have submitted the background verification forms. Still no update from them. In portal showing interview in progress. How many days it will take to get offer letter in IBM IBM.

I had similar situation with IBM and they ghosted me after compensation discussion. So try to check with HR on the status
