IBM offer Hr discussion

Hello guys currently I got an offer from ibm and CTC they are providing is 27 with variable included . My Yoe 7 .net react angular . Current CTC 22 is it worth joining ibm or should I ask for more CTC ? Any one working at ibm can help if 27 is worth for 7 yoe .
