Hi guys, I need your help. I have an offer from IBM. My initial location in the offer letter was Pune as it was project specific hiring but later I requested for a change to Noida and it got approved and got updated offer letter with new location.
Now my concern is- Can my manager ask me to relocate to Pune after joining because during managerial round, he told me it is Pune based project and I need to come to office all 5 days. Should I risk joining IBM given that I cannot relocate to Pune or look for other opportunities? HR also told me that you need to be flexible enough to relocate. Thanks.
No location change accepted before 2 years of joining until some serious medical condition verified by ibm medical doctors.you may be lucky if the project goes in vain ...chances are less than 1 percent
I think you have given your answer in the above. If the manager wants to come to the office for the pune location. This job is related to the Pune location. You must come to Pune. Think twice before joining
