I got an offer from IBM for peoplesoft.. They are giving only 19% hike. Am having 13 years of experience.. My current CTC is 20 L . HR says market is like this.. What should I do now. Already for 13 years I am getting paid less in current company
IBM has recently done another layoff. I won’t suggest anyone to join the company which is giving 19% hike unless ur salary is 50-60+

If you comparing on IBM offer with your current CTC then do consider exlcuding the Gratuity and Epf's employer contribution from your current employer. Then check the actual difference in terms of % hike. In IBM employer's epf part in honoured by the IBM and it is complete taken care by IBM on top of given offer. Also can consider based on your Band the anual GDPA. Which is again on top of the salary offered and is based on what you get the ratings in anual appraisal.
