IBM -Need overall Review

I'm having 4 yoe overall, currently looking for better opportunities outside current company. Please share a detailed review on IBM company culture, projects, work from office module and work life balance.

It depends which project you got. As you have 4 yoe try one of the big4, learn and then come to IBM.

I recently joined in May 2024 but trust me it’s worst experience considering project and location and mostly domestic projects they try to assign. If you have other offer please go with that
