ibm manager round interview questions

I am applying for a job (junior analyst position) in IBM. I have had the HR round and HR said next will be the round with the manager. What kind of questions will they ask? How can I prepare for the interview?

As far as I know IBM manager interview round questions are a little analytical and they are situation-based. The manager would basically give you a hypothetical situation and you have to say how you’d deal with that situation in the workplace. In short, woh aapke problem-solving skills, technical skills ye sab dekhenge.

Congratulations for completing the HR round. Next Technical skills, work environment fit, and problem-solving skills will be the main topics of the IBM manager round interview questions. There are chances that they will ask about how to handle deadlines and pressure. As a opinion just go through some technical concepts and some case studies on interview questions. Be well prepared and stay confident.

Oh! Epic nostalgia it is. I worked in IBM for like 4 years. I still remember one of my IBM manager round interview questions and the manager just asked me where do I see myself in 5 years and I gave a very hilarious reply. But, weirdly he like it and I got the job. I wasn’t prepared at all if you ask me. I just turned out to be lucky.
