IBM leave policy in probation

My friend has got an offer from ibm gurgaon.

She is going to join IBM in mid of October and in November she would need some 6 or 7 day leave.

Is it possible un probation period. She is worried that her leaves might be rejected in probation.

Any idea that how IBM leave policies are whe you're in probation.
