IBM iX - Hiring process & experience

Recently came across many openings for designers at IBM iX. Even applied through referrals, but no communication from the company yet. Any idea how long it takes for the interview process to even begin? And for people who are already working at IBM as designers: how has your experience been? Pros and cons?
