IBM(ISL) work culture?

I work in IBM ISL and I can assure you .. ISL is a good place to be.

Frnd said his learning curve was good there. Someone I know is working there and one frnd was ex employee but they said good things about it so far.

Does ibm allows wfh for Oracle projects or it follows wfo?
