IBM ISL VS HashedIn by Deloitte
Java backend dev - 3 years exp
Earlier part of CG and worked for same IBM ISL product till last month.
This month joined hashedin by deloitte. 15L fixed + 2.5L variable + 50k Joining bonus + Hyd (my current location)
IBM ISL (product based) trying to give me offer for same product - 23L fixer (bangalore or pune)
Need your advice on below questions?
- Which one I need to choose ?
Long term perception and since i joined hashedin by deloitte one month back, will it looks bad in my resume if I resign now like for future switches and wlb ?
You need to check for the band being offered at ISL. If it's 6B, then you'll need to get promoted to next band since this is near the max range of band 6B. This would mean you'll get less hike in upcoming appraisal cycles.
Go for IBM , deloitte sucks
