Current CTC 15LPA 8YOE. How much should I ask in IBM ISL ?
At 8 years, you should be joining in band 7B, or atleast 7A. The range can go from approx 20L-40L in ISL. It will be based on your current CTC, so I would suggest you to negotiate with a competing offer inorder to not get lowballed.
