IBM ISL Bangalore Compensation

I got a call from IBM ISL for a opening in one of their team. I guess they mentioned SSW Business Unit Bangalore.

I am having around 4+ years of experience in a product based company with Current base of around 13 LPA.

Which position/band I should asked for ? And reasonable hike/ base I could ask for ?

Ask for a Senior position, minimum Band 8. Demand at least 18 LPA base. With your experience, they should offer a significant hike. Don't settle for less.
