Why do you need to know IBM’s hierarchy? Are you expecting a promotion? There are 14 job levels at IBM. Hope that helps.
Not planning to switch to IBM so I’m not interested in knowing IBM hierarchy. But, yeah, you can check out the hierarchy on IBM’s career website if they have it there. Otherwise, HR would explain the levels to you. But, in my knowledge, it starts from Band 6.
IBM hierarchy starts with Band 6 through Band 10. Band 6 is for entry-level jobs. From Band 6 to Band 8, it’s the employee level with associate, TLs and all. Band 9 se start hota hai management and senior management level. The levels depends on the responsibilities of the people.
