IBM Consulting India - SAP MM

Hello.

I recently joined IBM and currently on bench. Initially during interviews they told me it's for a project but now they say I am bench. The main reason | left other companies and joined IBM is because of this. But now I am in complete disbelief and shock.

Anyways...

No one has contacted me yet for any project allocation, project interviews or even to get my resume. My manager says someone will definitely contact me and assist me with allocation. But I am not sure when this "someone" will reach out to me. I am shit scared now. I rejected many companies to join this and I won't be able to reapply to them for next 1 year.

Is there something I can do to get myself billed? I mean, in my previous organization, we used to have some portals where internal job positions would be listed or a common skill specific group mail IDs and we could reach out to them and seek help. Is there anything like this in IBM? Also if any of you have any openings for SAP MM (Band 7A) in your project, please DM me. It would be of a good help to me. Note - I joined this week only. Maybe I am just paranoid with all the hiring and firing. But this has definitely kept me worrying.
