Is it good to switch to IBM from walmart? What job level should I ask them and what is the max package they can offer. 9 YOE as full stack developer #IBM

If you are joining as contractor/consultant they will over charge the client and the client will kick you out first chance they get. If you are joining core ibm it's probably good not sure
