Which one do you think is better in terms of WLB, growth, projects, benefits, hike. Please suggest.

Both companies are offering 3 days office/week

Check projects in IBM if there is no project don't join IBM. No projects providing due to cost cutting.I had that experience already immediate before TCS.

Cape G has Sapiens tool where they monitor people productivity on laptop and provide report. Check about that
