IBM 2nd techno-managerial interview round for 4 yrs java software developer

Hi I will be having above round tomorrow,
Can you guys please share info as to what questions can I expect ?

Please also share package you guys from ibm are getting if you are in software developer role having around 4yrs experience

Also regarding package, I have one of 16 lpa in hand right now , and 2 companies final round is left where also I feel I can get 18 or maybe around 19 as well , So how much should I ask if manager asks this question??
