Trending @Cognizant; I would like to make a complaint of my manager

Is there any option, where I can complain about my manager. Here is an example of his knowledge, he escalated our team in front of the client, our team is not working properly. I wanna try to tell the senior service manager about this but he is not listening.

Na dont do that he will put all issues on you in front of senior management if you do so and that will backfire. You can either just ignore it, move to different project or a different company
