For data analytics career go with SQL/BI minimum. For process excellence or operations excellence go for LSSGB/BB/ quality auditor certification. For consulting try to switch into roles with implementation/solution design roles and can try for certification in coupa/zycus/gep/SAP/Oracle. If you want to go in SCM operations then switch in product company with SCM roles (order management/inventory management/Procurement/logistics etc) or try doing certifications like CSCP
