I wonder when C3B and above will get 100% quarterly incentive. Since the past 5 quarters, I have got from 25% to 50%!

Incentives depend on company performance and policies. It's a complex equation. Keep performing well, and hopefully, the numbers will improve. Patience is key.

TCS don't care about your performance. QVA cut is irrespective of individual performance

FYI for C3B u never get 100 QA u only get 50 per 1 QA other quaters only 25 to 40 per.

Anyone above C3A are receiving same. Earlier tcs used to give 100% qva to c3b but now numbers are only for media but reality is different when it comes to giving qva.

Its the same for C3A. I use to get 100% qva when C2. The moment I got promoted to C3A its never 100%. It depends on ur unit performance.

My friend is working in C2 and getting 100% QVA . Due to his good performance instead of increasing the salary the manager ask him to promote for C3 position. He said no for it because it’s will going to be a demotion for him 🤣
