I wish they gave the ticket sales to Zomato instead of BMS

I feel like Zomato would make more robust systems capable of handling so much traffic. Its surprising that BMS hasn’t been able to build such a capability even though theyve been in the business for >15 years.

And its not a big issue either. These problems of simultaneous traffic have already been solved by those ecom platforms for their big billion day sale type events. Wonder why it was such a dogshit experience trying to attend your favourite concert
