I can understand your frustration but let's not curse the company. Unfortunately we have many insecure/incompetent leaders here who have been in the company since very looong time and have no market value outside. They can't see young/dynamic boys and girls leading the way and living Accenture true values. They only promote their favorites and you know who these favorites are. Either you be part of their mafia or just make your own way. Cheer up mate, there is life outside Accenture, just live it and move on!
Actually Accenture wants us to resign. They know what they are doing. Problem is the unstable market. I have seen my frnds who put down papers boz they received an offer outside, but in the end offer defered. So be careful before taking any decision, as we all have bills to pay

They made bank this year, but still claimed ‘poor performance’ and locked all the cash into things like AI and the metaverse, which honestly feels pointless. For a company like ours, people are the real assets.

I played it smart in the last three years and still in the same place. They did plain cheating this time around as well. Now if I have to sit at home that's what I am gonna do. I am not bothered about launching another offer now. If it comes I will take it, if not I will sit at home and relax. I have some savings and backup. Don't have much responsibilities.
