I don't know why these people hiring and firing, they are hiring 100s of new people on daily from single location, really not sure what is the reason behind such process

They will put me under PIP, or will I get a chance to look for a new project, I received a good rating in the last project before this project

First of all you can't be untagged for low performance. You will have to complete your PIP in current project only. So don't agree it's the policy. And if you are in pip and bench then u won't get any new project it is as good as exit.
