I was living in PG and I got high fever so I came home for 1 week. I have shared the medical documents with HR but they rejected the exception. Now I am feeling more happy and healthy here with my family so I have decided to not work from office now onwards. They are going to cut off my quarterly bonus which I dont mind anyways.
Does anyone know what other actions they can take against me?


True. I am currently in sick leave , I am almost cured but still adviced to follow strict diet Which is not possible in PG. I submitted documents in ultmatix . I informed my immediate spoc My immediate Spoc informed my lead He says that I am faking it . Wfh also will not be provided.
