I will complete my 3 years in TCS and My current grade is C1 and I have 2 A Bands . Will I be eligible for C2 Promotion and If initiated when Can I expect the promotion ?

Yes, after completing 3 years your manager can initiate promotion. There is zero visibility in this process so you just need to be patient. It takes at least 3 months from initiation, in my case it took 6 months, I too had 2 A bands.
