Then start preparing for interviews for internal projects as well as outside organisation because you can get release from company easily on bench no need to serve 3 months notice period or else

For internal project start searching from now only as u know wipro gives 45 days time only to search and get billable in those 45 days only after that u r on loss of pay they make u accept and agreement in which they mention annual leaves will be deducted to avoid loss of pay
