Trending @Infosys; I will be promoted to TA(L4) from SSE(L3) in next Quarter and also there will be annual hike. Will I get both hikes or only one?

What i heard from my manager is you will be eligible for both hikes but if you get a good percentage in one then the other place you will get less hike, some exception cases you will get a good hike at both places
