I will be completing 3 years in TCS on April 15th. How many GEMS will I get for Service and Committment award??

1000 gems for 3 years , 2000 gem for 5 years

Instead of focusing on tcs gems, which will hardly give you any benefits, better make yourself a GEM for the entire Market. Rest all things are illusion.

If you resign and shift to new company, you can really afford to Buy REAL GEMS..! 😁😁
